Please read the refund and return guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience.


Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

✔ Defective or damaged items
✔ Incorrect items received
✔ Missing items in your order

Requests must be submitted within 7日 of delivery.


Non-Eligible Conditions

We cannot offer returns or refunds in these cases:

✘ Opened or used products (unless defective)
✘ Products damaged due to misuse
✘ Non-quality related returns
✘ Clearance or final sale items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products cannot be returned unless defective.


How to Request a Refund

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items → We cover the return shipping cost.

  • Non-quality returns → Customer is responsible for shipping.

Please return items in original packaging whenever possible.


Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not available.

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • Report damaged or missing items within 7日 of delivery.

  • Provide photos or video proof if applicable.

  • We will arrange replacement or refund promptly.


Lost in Transit

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either:
    ✔ Reship the order
    ✔ Issue a full refund


Warranty

  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

  • Damage due to misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
